About Dr. Nile Finney
Dr. Nile Finney, Ed.D. is the Founder and Lead Consultant of Catalyst Leadership, a leadership development consultancy dedicated to equipping coaches, educators, and organizations with the tools they need to lead with purpose and impact.
With over 15 years of experience in administration and education, Dr. Finney has dedicated his career to leading teams, developing people, and building cultures where individuals thrive.
His approach is grounded in two foundational principles: Situational Leadership — meeting people where they are and adapting the approach to fit their needs — and Servant Leadership — placing the growth and well-being of others at the center of every decision.
Dr. Finney holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Leadership and brings an evidence-based, people-first approach to every workshop, coaching engagement, and resource he creates.
